RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C
  • Deep fry the frozen Chicken fingers for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown
  • Serve hot with a dip.
  • Do not overload the fryer.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • If oil is too hot, the chicken fingers shall get dark on the crust.
  • If the chicken fingers are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be faster than that of the frozen
  • If the chicken fingers are thawed, the temperature of the oil should also be reduced by 10-20 Degree C.
