Chicken mince, Salt, Bread Crumbs, Herbs & Spices.

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

– Do not thaw
– Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C
– Deep fry the frozen Chicken fingers for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown
– Serve hot with a dip.
– Do not overload the fryer.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

– If oil is too hot, the chicken fingers shall get dark on the crust.
– If the chicken fingers are thawed due to any reason, the frying time will be lesser.
