– Do not thaw.
– Fry the Chicken Manchurian balls at 170- 180 deg C for 2-3 minutes till fully cooked.
– Use as desired.
– If oil is too hot, the Manchurian balls shall get dark on the crust.
– If the Manchurian balls are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be lesser.
– If the Manchurian balls are thawed, the frying temp of oil should also be reduced by 10-20 degrees C.
