– Thaw the Aloo bhaji directly in a pan on slow gas flame.
-.Bring to boil and Mix well.
– If required, correct the consistency with hot water and adjust the seasoning.
– Garnish with fresh coriander.
– Serve hot.
– Thawing should be done over night under refrigeration, if required
– Do not thaw in Microwave
– Urgent thawing can be done in room temp under running water
– Bhaji can be simmered Frozen to Pan if required immediately.
– Do not keep heating the bhaji for long as it will become very thick.
