RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

– Do not thaw.
– Pre-heat oil to 170 – 180 deg C.
– Deep fry the frozen chicken Burger patty for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown,
-. Do not overload the fryer.
– Use hot to make burgers/ sandwiches

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

– If oil is too hot, the patties shall get dark from the corners
– Do not thaw the patties.
– Do not puncture the patties while frying
