-Do Not Thaw
-Pre-heat oil to 170- 180 deg C.
-Deep fry the frozen Chicken Spring Rolls for 4-5 min, till golden brown
– Serve hot with a dip.
-Do not overload the fryer.
-If oil is too hot, the spring rolls shall get dark from the corners
-If the rolls are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be lesser.
-If the rolls are thawed, the Oil temp should be reduced by 10-20 Degree C.
