KEY INGREDIENTS

Boneless Chicken Breast, Salt, Sugar, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Refined Flour, Refined Oil, Herbs & Spices.

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the chicken under refrigeration.
  • Fry the chicken at 170 – 180 deg C for 3-4 minutes till fully cooked and crispy.
  • Use as desired.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Thawing only in (+) temp. chiller over night
  • DO NOT thaw in Microwave or Oven
  • Emergency thawing can be done under running cold water but not recommended always, keep the sealed and of the pouch out of the water.
  • DO NOT pull the chicken pieces apart when frozen or chilled and stuck together, this will tear the pieces and end up in wastage.
