RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the Mint chutney under refrigeration.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour the chutney into an SS food pan and keep under refrigeration.
  • serve chilled.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Do not thaw the chutney under room temperature as bacterial growth may set in as coconut spoils very fast.
  •  in an emergency, thawing can be done under running cold water.
  • After thawing, immediately transfer to a GN pan and keep under refrigeration.
