RE-HEATING GUIDELINES
- Thaw the Mint chutney under refrigeration.
- Mix well.
- Pour the chutney into an SS food pan and keep under refrigeration.
- serve chilled.
CRITICAL CHECK POINTS
- Do not thaw the chutney under room temperature as bacterial growth may set in as coconut spoils very fast.
- in an emergency, thawing can be done under running cold water.
- After thawing, immediately transfer to a GN pan and keep under refrigeration.
