KEY INGREDIENTS

Curd, Gram Flour, Salt, Asfoetida, Curry Leaves, Mustard Oil, Salt, Herbs & Spices.

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the Kadhi under Refrigeration.
  • Bring to boil in a pot. Mix well.
  • Add the pakoras / vegetables,
  • Simmer for 6-8 minutes.
  • tempering- Heat oil, smoke whole red chili and curry patta .
  • Garnish with fresh coriander

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Thawing should be done over night under refrigeration.
  • DO NOT Thaw in Microwave
  • Urgent Thawing can be done in room temp under running water
  • Kadhi can be simmered Frozen to Pan if required immediately.
  • Do not keep heating the Kadhi for long as it will become very thick.
