KEY INGREDIENTS

Whole Wheat Flour, Refined Flour, Refined Oil, Salt, Potatoes, Onions, Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies, Herbs & Spices

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

-Thaw the Parathas under refrigeration (preferred). Alternately thaw at room temp for 30-45 min.
– Heat the tawa/pan on medium hot flame.
– Apply some Refined oil/ Butter on tawa and place the paratha.
– Spray few drops of water on the paratha to avoid dryness. Heat the parathas on medium high heat for 2-3 mins.
-Flip the side. Apply Oil / butter and heat for 2-3 minutes.
-Serve hot.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

– Do not separate the parathas forcibly when in frozen state. The thawed parathas separate easily.
– The heating to be done on medium heat otherwise the parathas will burn as they are already 80 percent cooked. If heating is done on high flame, the inside may remain cold/raw.
-Do not keep the parathas after heating as they will loose heat, moisture and become dry.
