– Do not thaw
– Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C.
– Deep fry the frozen Chicken nuggets for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown.
– Serve hot with a dip.
– Do not overload the fryer.
– If oil is too hot, the nuggets shall get dark on the crust.
– If the nuggets are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be faster than that of the frozen
– If the nuggets are thawed, the temperature of the oil should also be increased by 10-20 degrees C.
