RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw The Sausages under refrigeration.
  • Add Butter to the pan.
  • Glaze them and serve them hot.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • In emergency the sausages can be thawed under running cold water, inside the sealed pouch.
  • Do not try to pull apart the frozen sausages when they are stuck to each other, as they will get damaged.
  • Do not over cook them as the sausages tend to get hard and loose their juiciness when over cooked.
