– Do not thaw
– Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C.
– Deep fry the frozen spring rolls for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown
– Serve hot with a dip.
– Do not overload the fryer.
– If oil is too hot, the spring rolls shall get dark from the corners
– Thawing will cause sweating on the sheet and discoloration during frying.
– Serve hot immediately, holding the spring rolls after frying will make them soggy.
