– Do not thaw
– Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C.
– Deep fry the Frozen Chili Garlic Potato Shots for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown
– Serve hot with a dip.
– Do not overload the fryer.
– If oil is too hot, the potato shots shall get dark on the crust.
– If the potato shots are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be lesser.
