KEY INGREDIENTS

Refined Flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt, Soda Bicarbonate, Sugar, Refined Oil, Lemon Juice, Vanila Extract

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Do not Thaw.
  • Microwave for 45 seconds.
  • Check the core temperature. Should be more than 65 degrees C.
  • The core should be flowy and not solid.
  • Serve hot with sauce of your choice or any ice cream. ●.Can be demolded or served in the same cup.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Do not leave the brownie without the polythene cover as the brownie will tend to dry out and become hard, both before and after heating.
  • Once heated, serve immediately for best mouthfeel.
  • Over cooking will cook the core and make it solid. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
