RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the Pav under refrigeration
  • Cut each pav into two
  • Apply melted butter on both the inner sides and grill the pav in the oven/pan/griller till browned
  • Serve hot with the bhaji/keema masala

CHECK POINTS

  • Do not thaw the pav under room temperature.
  • Do not leave the pav out of the packet uncovered as the pav will loose moisture and become hard.
  • The pav should be toasted on medium heat as otherwise they will burn on the outside and remain cold in the inside.
