KEY INGREDIENTS

Spinach, Green Peas, French Beans, Potatoes, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilies, Corn Flour, Bread Crumbs, Herbs & Spices

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Do Not Thaw.
  • Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C.
  • Deep fry the frozen Hara Bhara Kebabs for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown
  • Serve hot with a dip.
  • Do not overload the fryer.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Do Not thaw the Kebab as it is raw and thawing will lose the shape
  • Always use it in Frozen Form Only
  • Do not over fill the fryer with Shami Kebab, if oil loses temperature the kebabs will break and soak oil
  • Post cooking Kebab should be handled carefully as it is very delicate in nature like Galouti Kebabs.
  • Tissue soak it if excess oil found on the crust
