RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Do not Thaw.
  • Pre heat the idli steamer.
  • Brush little oil on the steaming trays
  • Place the frozen idlis in the idli steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve hot with the chutney and sambhar.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • If the idlis are stuck together, do not try to pull them apart as they tend to break. Thaw for a short time and they will separate.
  • Do not hold the idlis, if need to be held before service, keep them in the idli steamer or cover with steamed white duster to keep them moist, otherwise a skin formation will be there and exposed side will start drying out.
