Place the frozen idlis in the idli steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes.
Serve hot with the chutney and sambhar.
CRITICAL CHECK POINTS
If the idlis are stuck together, do not try to pull them apart as they tend to break. Thaw for a short time and they will separate.
Do not hold the idlis, if need to be held before service, keep them in the idli steamer or cover with steamed white duster to keep them moist, otherwise a skin formation will be there and exposed side will start drying out.
