KEY INGREDIENTS

Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Refined Flour.

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the Parathas under refrigeration.
  • Heat the tawa/pan on medium hot flame.
  • Apply some R oil/ Butter on one side.
  • Heat the parathas on medium high heat for 2-3 mins.
  • Flip The side. Apply Oil / buuter on the other side. And heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve Hot

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • The heating to be done on medium heat otherwise the parathas will burn as they are already 80 percent cooked, inside will remain cold/raw.
  • In an emergency, they can be heated directly from frozen, on a lower heat, cover the pan with a lid. Let the paratha thaw on slow heat, Keep turning.
  • Do not keep the parathas after heating as they will loose heat, moisture and become dry.
