KEY INGREDIENTS

Gram Flour, Onions, Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Soda Bicarbonate, Refined Oil & Spices.

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Do Not Thaw.
  • Fry the pakoras in medium hot oil ( 170 – 180 deg C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add to the Kadhi and let them simmer in the kadhi for 6-8 minutes.
  • Serve hot

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • If oil is too hot, the Pakoras shall get dark from the outside.
  • If the pakoras are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be faster than that of the frozen
  • If the Pakoras are thawed, the frying time will decrease.
