Paneer, Potatoes, Green Chilies, Refined Flour, Bread Crumbs, Salt, Herbs & Spices.

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Do Not Thaw.
  • Pre-heat oil to 170 – 180 deg C.
  • Deep fry the frozen Paneer burger Patty for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown, Serve hot
  • Do not overload the fryer.
  • Use hot to make the burgers/ sandwiches

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • If oil is too hot, the patties shall get dark from the corners
  • Do Not thaw the Patty
  • Do Not puncture the Patty while frying
