Poha, Onions, potatoes, Peanuts, Green peas, Carrots, Salt, Refined Oil, herbs & Spices

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

– Thaw the Poha under refrigeration.
– Put it in a pan and sprinkle little water.
– Cover and let the poha steam on medium hot heat for 7-8 minutes, till steam comes out of the pan or steam in a microwave.
– Add some butter to add flavor.
– Stir the poha so that it Does not stick to the pan. -Garnish coriander leaves. and serve hot.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

– Do not sprinkle too much water otherwise the poha will get sticky on steaming.
– Do not hold the poha after pan steaming uncovered, as it will loose heat and dry out.
– If need to be held before service, keep it covered in the pan or in the Bain Marie.
