RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

● Do Not Thaw.

● Pre-heat oil to 170 – 180 deg C.

●Deep fry the frozen Veg Burger patty for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown

●Do not overload the fryer.

● use hot to make the burgers / sandwiches

Check Points

● If oil is too hot, the patties shall get dark from the corners

● Do Not thaw the Patty

● Do Not puncture the Patty while frying
