– Microwave to thaw for 30 seconds. The core should not be frozen.
Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C.
– Deep fry the veg croquettes for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown
– Serve hot with a dip.
– Do not overload the fryer.
– If oil is too hot, the veg croquettes shall get dark on the crust.
– If the oil is not heated enough, the croquettes will soak in lot of oil and disintegrate
