Rice, Beans, Carrots, Green chili, Ginger, Garlic, salt, Soya sauce, Vinegar, Refined oil, Red chili, Black pepper, Onions, MSG

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

– Thaw the Veg fried rice under refrigeration.
– Transfer to a pan and sprinkle with some water.
– Stir fry in a wok for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
– Can also be steamed in the rice steamer.
– Alternatively it can be heated in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.
– Serve hot.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

– Do not thaw the fried rice under room temperature.
– Do not try to break or tear apart the frozen fried rice block with a knife as the rice and vegetables will get damaged.
– Do not leave the fried rice uncovered before service as the rice will tend to dry up.
