RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

– Do not thaw.
– Pre-heat oil to 170- 180 deg C.
– Deep fry the frozen Veg Spring Rolls for 4-5 min, till golden brown
– Serve hot with a dip.
– Do not overload the fryer.

CHECK POINTS

– If oil is too hot, the spring rolls shall get dark from The corners
– Thawing them will make the sheet sweat
– This will cause extra browning or spotting while frying
