RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

– Thaw the Mint chutney under refrigeration.
– Open the packet and empty the full packet in a food pan.
– Mix well and keep under refrigeration.
– Serve chilled.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

– Do not thaw the chutney under room temperature.
– In an emergency, thawing can be done under running cold water.
– After thawing, immediately transfer to a GN pan and keep under refrigeration.
