– Thaw kulchas overnight under refrigeration.
– Heat the tawa and heat the kulchas on one side.
– Apply little oil/ butter/ ghee on one side and flip.
– Apply on the other side as well. .
– Make both the sides little brownish.
– Serve hot.
– Do not start heating on low flame or a cold tawa, the kulchas will get hard.
– Keep turning the kulchas time and again to prevent burning or making them too brownish.
