RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the Bhaji under refrigeration.
  • Bring to boil in a pot. Mix well.
  • Add some butter.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with hot pav.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Thawing should be done over night under refrigeration.
  • DO NOT Thaw in Microwave
  • Urgent Thawing can be done in room temp under running water
  • Bhaji can be simmered Frozen to Pan if required immediately
  • Do not keep heating the bhaji for long as it will become very thick
