RE-HEATING GUIDELINES
- Do not Thaw.
- Microwave for 45 seconds.
- Check the core temperature. Should be more than 65 degrees C.
- The core should be flowy and not solid.
- Serve hot with sauce of your choice or any ice cream. ●.Can be demolded or served in the same cup.
CRITICAL CHECK POINTS
- Do not leave the brownie without the polythene cover as the brownie will tend to dry out and become hard, both before and after heating.
- Once heated, serve immediately for best mouthfeel.
- Over cooking will cook the core and make it solid. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
