RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the Chole masala under refrigeration.
  • Bring to boil in a pot. Mix well.
  • If required, correct the consistency with hot water and adjust the seasoning.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander, onions and tomatoes ( optional)
  • Serve hot.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Thawing should be done over night under refrigeration.
  • DO NOT Thaw in Microwave
  • Urgent Thawing can be done in room temp under running water
  • Chole can be simmered Frozen to Pan if required immediately.
  • Do not keep heating the Chole for long as it will become very thick and will get mashed up.
