KEY INGREDIENTS

Boneless Mutton, Split Chickpeas, Refined Oil, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Herbs & Spices.

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Do Not Thaw.
  • Pre-heat the pan with little oil.
  • Shallow fry the frozen Chicken Shami Kebabs for 2-3 minute.
  • Flip them and fry on the other side- for another 2-3 minutes till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with a dip.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Do Not thaw the Kebab as it is raw and thawing will lose the shape
  • Always use it in Frozen Form Only
  • Do not over fill the pan with Shami Kebab as the kebabs need to be turned off and on.
  • Post cooking Kebab should be handled carefully as it is very delicate in nature like Galouti Kebabs.
  • Tissue soak it if excess oil found on the crust
