KEY INGREDIENTS

Refined Flour, Curd, Soda Bicarbonate, Salt, Sugar, Refined Oil

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the Naans under refrigeration.
  • Heat the tawa/pan on medium hot flame.
  • Apply some R oil/ Butter on one side.
  • Heat the Naan on medium high heat for 2-3 mins.
  • Flip The side. Apply Oil / buuter on the other side. And heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pre-heated Tandoor also can be used for re=heating the Naans. Mount it on a skewer and lower it in the tandood for one minute.
  • Directly heat it on open gas flame, on a roti toaster.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • The heating to be done on medium heat otherwise the naans will burn as they are already 80 percent cooked.
  • In an emergency, they can be heated directly from frozen, lower the heat and extend the heating time.
  • Do not keep the naans after heating as they will loose heat, moisture and become dry.
