– Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C.
– Deep fry the Frozen French Fries for 4-5 minutes, till golden
– Sprinkle with salt/ spices as per requirement.
– Serve hot with a dip.
-If oil is too hot, the potato wedges shall get dark on the crust.
-If the potato wedges are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be faster than that of the frozen
-If the potato wedges are thawed, the temperature of the oil should also be reduced by 10-20 Degree C.
