– Do not thaw
– Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C.
– Deep fry the Frozen Potato Wedges for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown
– Season them as per brand standard. Serve hot with a dip.
– Do not overload the fryer.
– If oil is too hot, the potato wedges shall get dark on the crust.
– If the potato wedges are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be faster than if you use frozen wedges directly.
– If the potato wedges are thawed, the temperature of the oil should also be reduced by 10-20 degrees C.
