KEY INGREDIENTS

Basmati Rice, Cauliflower, French Beans, Carrots, Onions, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Curd, Refined Oil, Keora Water, Herbs & Spices.

RE-HEATING GUIDELINES

  • Thaw the Biryani under refrigeration.
  • Transfer to a pan and sprinkle with some water. Put on Dum for 10-12minutes on slow fire / pre heated oven.
  • Can also be steamed in the idli steamer.
  • Alternatively it can be heated in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

CRITICAL CHECK POINTS

  • Do not thaw the Biryani under room temperature.
  • Do not try to break or tear apart the frozen biryani block with a knife as the rice and vegetables will get damaged.
  • Do not leave the biryani uncovered before service as the rice will tend to dry up.
