– Do not thaw
– Pre-heat oil to 170-180 deg C.
– Deep fry the frozen Veg Shami Kebabs for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown,.
– Serve hot with a dip.
– Do not overload the fryer.
– Do not thaw the Kebab.
– Do not over fill the fryer with Shami Kebab, if oil loses temperature the kebabs will break and soak oil
– Tissue soak it if excess oil found on the crust
