RE-HEATING GUIDELINES
– Do Not Thaw.
-Pre-heat oil to 170 – 180 deg C.
– Deep fry the frozen Date Cigars for 4-5 minutes, till golden brown
– Serve hot with a dip.
-Do not overload the fryer.
CRITICAL CHECK POINTS
If oil is too hot, the spring rolls shall get dark from the corners
If the rolls are thawed due to any reason, the cooking time will be faster than that of the frozen
If the rolls are thawed, the temperature of the oil should also be reduced by 10-20 Degree C.
