– Thaw the biryani under refrigeration.
– Transfer to a pan and sprinkle with some water.
– Put on Dum for 10-12 minutes on slow fire/ pre heated oven.
– Can also be steamed in the Rice steamer.
– Alternatively it can be heated in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.
– Serve hot.
– Do not thaw the biryani under room temperature.
– Do not try to break or tear apart the frozen biryani block with a knife as the rice and vegetables will get damaged.
– Do not leave the biryani uncovered before service as the rice will tend to dry up.
